Police reports in Baltimore city and county:

Eastern Baltimore

Robbery : A man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed a Popeye's in the 3400 block of Pulaski Highway of an undisclosed sum of money about 7 p.m. Sunday.

Central Baltimore

Thefts/arrest : A boy, 17, was arrested early Sunday on the third floor of a garage in the 400 block of Water St. and charged as a juvenile with stealing several items from a car and a wallet from a pedestrian. When the boy was arrested by Officer Winfred Murphy, he had 16 New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers baseball caps, CDs and postcards that police say had been stolen from a 1993 Honda Civic. The boy also had in his possession a wallet containing $42 that police say he stole from a pedestrian in the area of the garage.

Southeastern Baltimore

Stolen vehicle : A gold 2006 Toyota sport utility vehicle with vanity tags SWM FAST was stolen Sunday in the 200 block of S. Central Ave.

Burglary : Someone entered Pasta Mista Canton Inc. in the 3600 block of Boston St. through the roof over the weekend and stole cash, coins and a laptop computer.

Baltimore Co. -- Cockeysville

Burglary : Copper piping of unknown value was stolen over the weekend from a house in the 800 block of Quaker Bottom Road.
