Clark Turner Signature Homes said Monday that it has begun work on 21 luxury single-family homes in the Residences at Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace, Harford County, and expects demand to be spurred by lower interest rates and area growth from military base realignment. The $650,000-and-up-homes, including one under construction and another two under contract, will be built along the boundaries of the first fairway of the Bulle Rock Golf course and feature 6,000 square feet of space, four-story elliptical staircases, three-car garages and optional wine cellars and elevators. The Residences at Bulle Rock, being developed by Clark Turner, Manekin LLC and H&S Properties Development Corp., will eventually have 2,200 single family, villa and condominium homes built by Clark Turner, D.R.
