Beach-inspired version of Woodstock features concerts by tribute artists singing the music of the '60s, '70s and '80s. Chalk the Walk ARTsplosion and 17th Street Art Festival. : On the beach between 16th and 18th streets and 17th Street Park. 800-822-3224 or vbfun .com. Events begin at 10 a.m. July 25. Artists of all ages are invited to participate in drawing chalk works on the boardwalk. Judges will pick winners in amateur, professional and youth categories. Guest artists will demonstrate how to create chalk-art pieces. The 17th Street Art Festival will feature live entertainment as well as some 25 to 50 artists displaying and selling their paintings, sculpture, photography, jewelry and other creative works. Free.
