On May 6, 2009, JOHN W.; father of Harvey and Wesley Waters; brother of Clyde Waters. He's also survived by two grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the Phillips Funeral Home, 1721-27 N. Monroe Street on Tuesday from 3 to 8 P.M. Family will receive friends on Wednesday 10:30 to 11 A.M with service to follow in the above chapel. Interment Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery.
