Southwestern Baltimore

Victim named The man fatally shot early Sunday in the 3300 block of Frederick Ave. has been identified as Fabian P. Palmer, 24, of the 3900 block of Nemo road in Randallstown, Baltimore County. Palmer was among at least four men shot by an unknown assailant and died later at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The other victims survived. Metro Crime Stoppers at 410-276-8888 is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and an indictment.

Central Baltimore

Robbery A woman wearing a red wig robbed another woman, 19, of $20 in the 400 block of E. Baltimore St. about 2:30 a.m. Monday.

Eastern Baltimore

Drug arrest A man, 50, from East Baltimore was arrested about 10:40 a.m. Monday in the 500 block of N. Milton Ave. and charged with unlawful possession of morphine after he was observed by police manning a surveillance camera. Charged was Roy Hyman of the 2400 block of Ashland Ave. A half tablet of morphine was recovered from the man.

Robbery A boy, 16, was walking in the 600 block of Aisquith St. about 8 p.m. Sunday when he was assaulted by two boys who robbed him of his cell phone.

Southeastern Baltimore

Theft A navigational system was stolen Monday from a 2004 Volkswagen in the 3600 block of O'Donnell St.

Theft A woman entered Beauty Queen in the 6500 block of Eastern Ave. about 5 p.m. Monday and stole four wigs, all valued at $500.

Stolen vehicle A white 1997 Ford F-150 pickup truck with tags 92P067 was stolen Monday in the 200 block of S. Bouldin St.

Southern Baltimore

Theft A navigational system valued at $200 and music CDs valued at $200 were stolen between Saturday and Sunday from a 2003 Honda parked in the 300 block of Emory St.
