Har Sinai Congregation will celebrate the 61st anniversary of the founding of Israel with a wine and cheese night starting at 7 p.m. Saturday at 2905 Walnut Ave., Owings Mills. Rabbi Bradd Boxman and Cantor Ellen Schwab will lead the service marking the end of the Sabbath. The cost is $5 for nonmembers of the Association of Reform Zionists of America. Towsontown fair is this weekend
The Towson Chamber of Commerce will hold the 42nd annual Towsontown Spring Festival and a 350th Baltimore County Anniversary Celebration from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday in downtown Towson, within the square of York Road, Bosley Avenue, Susquehanna Avenue and Allegheny Avenue. The festival includes food, children's activities, music, displays of antique classic cars and NASCAR race cars and more. A $2 fee will be charged for admission to the beer garden.
