On Wednesday, March 11, 2009, in Epsom, Surrey, England. The son of William B. Cooper and the late Rosa Cameron Cooper. Also survived by one brother, three sisters, many other relatives and friends. Memorial Service Sunday, April 26 at 1:30 p.m. at Fallston High School, 2301 Carrs Mill Road, Fallston, MD 21047. Contributions may be sent to The Tony Cooper Memorial Scholarship Fund at Fallston High School.
