Katie Schwarzmann Century, lacrosse

The senior midfielder led the No. 12 Knights (7-0) to three wins last week with a combined 25 goals and nine assists. Schwarzmann, the Carroll County Player of the Year and a first-team All-Metro selection last year, had seven goals and two assists against Roland Park, added eight goals and two assists against South Carroll, and finished with 10 goals and five assists against Francis Scott Key. She has 226 goals and 102 assists in her four-year career. Also a soccer and basketball standout, Schwarzmann will play lacrosse at Maryland.

Pat Mull Fallston, lacrosse

With eight assists in Fallston's 17-2 win over Patterson Mill on Friday, Mull, a senior, set a school record, reaching 197 for his career. For the season, he has eight goals and 43 assists and is a key element in his team's 8-2 record. Mull broke the record set by his older brother Steve, who reached 191 assists during the 2002 season. "He puts up solid numbers, no matter who we play," Fallston coach Ryan Arist said. "He's the quarterback with incredible vision." Mull has committed to play lacrosse next year at St. Mary's College.
