Baltimore County police arrested two more suspects this week in the fatal shooting last month of a 28-year-old man while he was sitting in his car in Dundalk. Eric Brando Moss, 26, of no fixed address, was charged Wednesday with first-degree murder in the death of James Faulcon of Dundalk, police said, and Jessica Christine Goetz, 21, of Dundalk was charged as an accessory after the fact. This month, police charged Michael Donaldson, 24, and Edward Allen Harris, 27, both of Dundalk, with first-degree murder in the March 22 shooting. Police said Donaldson was angry that his girlfriend had a relationship with Faulcon and had arranged for him to be killed. Goetz is charged with disposing of the gun afterward, police said. Donaldson, Harris and Moss were being held without bail in the Baltimore County Detention Center, police said, and Goetz was being held on $250,000 bail.

A man and woman were taken to hospitals after suffering burns in a West Baltimore fire, and investigators are exploring whether the incident was sparked by a domestic dispute. Chief Kevin Cartwright, a Fire Department spokesman, said the fire broke out about 9 p.m. in the 2100 block of Smallwood St. in an apartment above a grocery store and was under control in about 40 minutes. The man suffered second- and third-degree burns to 40 percent of his body and was taken to the burn center at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, while the woman was taken to Bon Secours Hospital with minor burns to her hands, he said.
