Obama drops in for quick Iraq visit

President Barack Obama meets with U.S. troops during an unannounced visit Tuesday, his first trip to Iraq since entering the White House. The president said it is time for Iraqis to take responsibility for their country and for American troops to begin their withdrawal. Page 8
