On the Web:

* Sen. John McCain and ABC News correspondent George Stephanopoulos will be "tweeting" today in an interview hosted on the Twitter Web site. ABC News says McCain and Stephanopoulos will come together online for a "Twitterview." It will be conducted at noon. The microblogging platform restricts each entry to 140 characters. The public will be able to read the real-time 15-minute exchange by signing up at the Twitter site to follow both Stephanopoulos and McCain. Meanwhile, Stephanopoulos is inviting everyone to "tweet" him proposed questions - with a 140-character limit.

* The free, multiplatform iTunes assaulter (if not quite killer) Songbird busts out great improvements for a 1.1 version, including a one-click album art grabber, performance improvements and loads o' little tweaks. The killer new feature is a single-menu option, under "Tools," that scans your music collection and grabs the relevant album art from Last.fm's Web site. That alone makes the oft-improved, awesomely extensible music manager worth a look. Songbird 1.1 is available at getsongbird.com.

* Just when you thought MTV had completely turned its back on music videos, the MTV Music Web site (mtvmusic.com) proves that the network hasn't completely forgotten its roots. From classic videos from the 1980s to today's hit songs, MTV Music features a deep music video database. MTV Music also features interview and performance clips that previously appeared on MTV or its sister networks, VH1 and CMT.

* August will mark 40 years since the famed Woodstock Music and Art Fair. At BethelWoodsCenter.org, you can get information about the 40th anniversary programming and special promotions to be announced this spring.
