Bush: : The former Saturday Night Live cast member re-creates one of his most successful impersonations from that show in this irreverent Broadway comedy that purports to give the former president one last opportunity to explain himself. Cars:: This 2006 CGI animation stars Owen Wilson as the voice of a hot-shot race car stranded in a backwater town. Additional voices include Paul Newman. (8 p.m., Disney)
