Police reports in Baltimore city and county:

Central Baltimore

Armed robbery Police were seeking two men, one armed with a handgun, who robbed a man, 53, of his cell phone valued at $300 while the victim walked in the 800 block of George St. about 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Eastern Baltimore

Burglary Someone broke into a house in the 1500 block of Ensor St. through a basement window Monday or Tuesday and stole several hand tools, an electric saw and an electric drill, all valued at $435.

Theft A purse containing a small sum of money and personal items was stolen Monday night or early Tuesday from a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Curtain Ave. The thief entered the vehicle after breaking a side window.

Northern Baltimore

Thefts Two vehicles, a 2006 Ford van and a Nissan Pathfinder, were parked on a lot in the 3600 block of Clipper Mill Road on Wednesday when someone broke into the vehicles and removed a navigational system from each. Police said the navigational systems were in plain view and that their total value was $1,100. A window was broken in each car to gain entry.

Baltimore County - Parkville

Theft/arrests Three males were arrested after 6 p.m. yesterday after they stole several cell phones from T-Mobile in the 8800 block of Belair Road. After receiving descriptions, police from the Parkville and White Marsh precincts captured the trio at Belair Road and Route 43 before they could escape by car. The phones were recovered. Theft charges were pending.

Baltimore County - Essex

Robbery A boy, 14, was playing basketball in the alley behind the 900 block of N. Marlyn Ave. about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday when he was assaulted by three other teenage boys who knocked him to the ground, struck him in the face and robbed him of $22.

Baltimore County - Cockeysville

Arrest A man, 50, was found sleeping at Atlantic Pre-Cast Concrete in the 10000 block of Beaver Dam Road, arrested about 6 a.m. Wednesday and charged with burglary and trespassing. No property was reported missing. The man's name was unavailable.

Burglary A laptop computer, cash and jewelry were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 100 block of Washington St. in Timonium by someone who entered through a window.

Burglary Someone broke into a house in the first block of Talbott Ave. in Timonium through a side door Wednesday afternoon and stole a silver bracelet of unknown value.
