Who says going corporate has to be boring? Corporate attorney Inana Blankson knows how to pull off style professionally. The 30-year-old Butchers Hill resident loves to wear pearls while adding a little interest to a professional outfit. When we "glimpsed" this Niles Barton & Wilmer associate at the Minority Business Summit happy hour in the Baltimore Hilton's Diamond Tavern, she was oh-so-Audrey Hepburn.

Self-described style: : "Easy, edgy."

The look: : Black cotton-knit sweater dress. White and emerald zebra-print cotton cardigan. Black leather pointy-toe pumps. Black quilted leather tote handbag. Long rope of pearls. Pearl stud earrings. Silver toe bracelet.

Where it came from: : The dress and cardigan were purchased at Banana Republic. Her shoes and handbag came from the Nine West store. She's had her pearls "forever," and her bracelet was a gift.

She has a thing for pearls: : "I wear them at work practically every day. I have all different lengths of strands and different sizes. I have pearl bracelets, necklaces, earrings. I have several pearl cuffs. Some that are just plain, or some have a ribbon tied around it. I love pearl studs. That's kind of my signature."

She has multiple fashion personalities: : "For work, I'm professional and conservative. ... Usually [I wear] dark colors; slacks and a blouse, a suit or [something with] a blazer. On my own time, I can wear the latest fashions, trends. I wear skinny jeans and nice flat boots these days. ... I like to have different looks, too. ... I might say I want to look like a rock star one day. I bought an authentic motorcycle jacket at a thrift store and I created this rocker look with leggings and stiletto boots. Sometimes when I go to formal events, I like to [look like] Jackie O. Or Audrey Hepburn; I might do a long glove with oversized shades. "

Her shopping is a habit, but not a costly one:: "I window-shop a lot. Once a week. I go to Banana Republic and J.Crew a lot because they have great sales. I love Loehmann's and Off Fifth. ... I also do a lot of shopping online - Bloomingdale's, Neiman's. American Apparel is great for clothes for the summertime. ... Every once in a blue moon, I'll do some thrift-store shopping."

She looks for something eye-catching: : "I shop for pieces. I usually don't buy the whole outfit at one time. Sometimes I try to, but it doesn't work. I usually buy pieces and then when I get home, I can mix and match with what I already have.

If she loves something, she loves it a lot: : "I know if I find something specific that I like, I'll want it in every color. "
