Site: Home of highest seeds

When: Tonight through Wednesday

TV: Championship game, Wednesday, 8 p.m., ESPN2

Favorite: Robert Morris (15-3, 21-10)

State entry: Second seed Mount St. Mary's (12-6, 17-12)

Outlook: The Mount will be striving to return to the NCAA tournament, where it beat Coppin State in the play-in game last season before losing to North Carolina, which was practically at home at North Carolina State's RBC Center. One of the Northeast's hottest teams, Wagner, winner of four straight, visits Emmitsburg tonight, but an even hotter squad, Sacred Heart (five-game winning streak) might be the sleeper as the No. 3 seed. The Mount relies on its speedy guards, Jeremy Goode (15.8 ppg, sixth in the league) and Jean Cajou (13.2). It lost to Robert Morris twice.
