Police reports in baltimore city and county:

Northern Baltimore

Robbery A man, 29, was driving on 28th Street about 12:40 p.m. Monday and was turning onto the 2800 block of Lovegrove St. when his car was struck in the rear by a Chevrolet Malibu. While the victim and the driver of the other car discussed the accident, a passenger in the Malibu exited the vehicle with what appeared to be a handgun in his waistband and demanded the victim's money. The man gave up $28 to the gunman who, along with the driver of the Malibu, sped off. The victim drove off and called police. No arrests had been made.

Robbery A driver for a Baltimore County cab company was returning to his cab parked in the 2700 block of Miles Ave. in Remington about 5:30 p.m. Monday when a gunman robbed him of $140 before fleeing on foot.

Southeastern Baltimore

Burglary Someone entered Gino's Mens Wear in the 3600 block of Eastern Ave. early Tuesday after breaking a window with a brick and stole six cell phones, all valued at $300.

Stolen vehicle burned A silver 2003 Cadillac with tags MRM 268 that was reported stolen between 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. Monday in the 6500 block of St. Helena Ave. was found burning later that day on a nearby street in Baltimore County.

Stolen vehicle A black 1992 Honda Accord with tags 5BF M11 was stolen Saturday in the 1500 block of Eastern Ave. In the car was clothing, high-volume stereo speakers and an amplifier, all valued at $1,000. A known suspect was being sought.

Theft A gold watch valued at $500 was stolen from a 2003 Audi in the 900 block of S. Robinson St. between Saturday and Monday by someone who broke a window.

Theft A navigational system valued at $300 was stolen between Sunday and Monday from a 1999 Chevrolet van parked in the 800 block of E. Baltimore St.

Theft A 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer was parked in the 900 block of S. Potomac St. between Sunday and Monday when someone entered the vehicle after breaking a side window and stole an overnight bag containing clothing and other items, all valued at $400.

Southwestern Baltimore

Burglary Someone entered an apartment in the 4900 block of Challedon Road between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday and stole a laptop computer, DVD player and jewelry. Police said it appeared that a key was used to enter the apartment.

Baltimore County - Essex

Burglary A red 160cc Honda power mower valued at $350 was stolen between Feb. 23 and Monday from a shed in the 900 block of Lance Ave. by someone who broke the lock.

Baltimore County - Cockeysville

Armed robbery Police were seeking a gunman who entered the Texaco station in the 2400 block of York Road about 9:40 p.m. Monday and forced an employee to place the contents of a cash register in a brown bag. The gunman escaped with an undisclosed sum.

Baltimore County - Woodlawn

Robbery Police are seeking five men, one armed with a handgun, who robbed a driver, 46, for Papa John's Pizza of more than $100 and three pizzas about 10:30 p.m. Friday as the victim returned to his car when no one answered the door of an apartment in the 9600 block of Southall Road. Police said the order for food at the apartment was a false call to lure the man there.
