March 01, 2009

An announced crowd of 17,119 didn't seem to mind cloudy skies and chilly weather to catch the third Konica Minolta Face-Off Classic at M&T Bank Stadium yesterday.

In the opener, No. 19 Princeton blasted No. 4 Johns Hopkins, 14-8, scoring nine of the game's first 10 goals. In the second contest, Grant Catalino recorded two goals and four assists to propel No. 8 Maryland to an 11-8 win over No. 14 Duke.
