BOYS BASKETBALL

No. 5 City @ No. 6 Digital Harbor

WHEN: Tomorrow, 5:15 p.m.

OUTLOOK: Each team is deep and talented with standout players capable of taking over a game. The visiting Knights lean on forwards Adam Johnson and Jordan Latham, and guard Tandario Bogues is a key to their backcourt. The Rams counter with gifted guards George and Justin Jackson to go with Davon Usher. Guard play and the home court give the Rams a slight edge.

BOYS BASKETBALL

No. 1 Lake Clifton @ No. 11 Patterson

WHEN: Tomorrow, 5:15 p.m.

OUTLOOK: The host Clippers, led by junior Thomas Fisher and freshman Brian Lewis, have made a strong late-season charge to work their way into the Top15 poll. Another impressive outing came in a losing cause last Thursday when they fell, 87-85, at No. 4 Walbrook in overtime. Lake Clifton (20-0) has been a model of consistency from start to finish this season with a relentless defense and unselfish offense.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

No. 7 Digital Harbor @ No. 4 City

WHEN: Tomorrow, 5:15 p.m.

OUTLOOK: Both teams will be looking to rebound from close losses to No. 3 Western last week. City has the edge in the backcourt with G Breaira Barksdale and G LaShay Taft, but the Rams feature the toughest inside player in the city league in 6-foot F Asia Logan. Those players can put up big numbers, but contributions from players who don't usually draw headlines likely will determine the game's outcome.
