On February 13, 2009, FRANK W. WILLIS SR., loving husband of Edith L. (nee Massey) Willis; devoted father of Edie Boyd, Frank Willis Jr., Denny Willis, and the late Joe Joe Willis; dear brother of Anna Marie Brown and Mary Louise Maggio. Also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc., 7922 Wise Avenue, on Tuesday at 11 AM. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call on Sunday and Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM.
