Police reports in Baltimore city and county:

Western Baltimore

Shooting A man, 24, was shot in the upper body in the 2000 block of Clifton Ave. about 5 p.m. yesterday and was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center. His condition and details of the incident were not available. District detectives were investigating the shooting.

Central Baltimore

Theft A digital camera valued at $200 was stolen Saturday from a 2002 Hyundai parked in the 700 block of W. North Ave. by someone who entered the vehicle by breaking a window.

Southeastern Baltimore

Assault/arrests Four people were arrested Thursday in connection with the cutting that evening of a woman, 43, in a house in the 200 block of N. Port St. The woman suffered multiple lacerations and was reported in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Burglary Tools and building supplies, all valued at more than $2,000, were stolen between Jan. 19 and the weekend from the basement of a house in the 600 block of Rappolla St. by someone who entered through a rear kitchen window.

Stolen vehicle A gold 2005 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle with tags 60V 541 was stolen over the weekend in the 2600 block of E. Baltimore St.

Theft A navigational system and an iPod, all valued at $1,450, were stolen over the weekend from a 2005 Honda Civic parked in the 1700 block of Aliceanna St.

Theft Someone broke into a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am parked in the 100 block of Albermarle St. in Little Italy over the weekend and stole a navigational system and a cell phone, all valued at $500.

Theft A navigational system valued at $200 was stolen Thursday from a 2003 Volvo parked in the 600 block of S. Lakewood Ave. by someone who entered after breaking a window.

Theft A navigational system valued at $500 was stolen from a 2002 BMW parked over the weekend in the 700 block of S. Kenwood Ave. Entry was gained by breaking a window.

Eastern Baltimore

Theft Someone entered a 2005 Nissan parked in the 2500 block of E. Madison St. between Jan. 18 and Jan. 23 and stole a navigational system.

Theft/arrest A girl, 15, was arrested Friday when she attempted to leave My Flag Market in the 3500 block of E. Madison St. without paying for items valued at $15.

Southern Baltimore

Theft A navigational system valued at $280 was stolen Thursday from a 2001 Ford Mustang parked in the 500 block of W. Pratt St.

Theft/arrest A boy, 14, was arrested Thursday when he attempted to leave Walgreens in the 2300 block of Patapsco Ave. without paying for body lotions valued at $48. The boy was being held at the city's juvenile detention center on North Gay Street.

Southwestern Baltimore

Burglary Several pieces of electronics, all valued at $7,000, were stolen Saturday from a house in the 4700 block of Vancouver Road by someone who entered through a rear patio door.

Baltimore Co. -- White Marsh

Robbery Police arrested six teenage males in the assault and robbery early Saturday of a man, 38, at Belair Road and Overlea Avenue. The man was robbed of his wallet about 1:10 a.m., and the youths were arrested a short time later.
