Rockets 115, Nuggets 113: : Yao Ming scored 31 points and Rafer Alston added 18 points and 11 assists for host Houston.

Von Wafer had 18 and Luis Scola 16 for the Rockets (26-16), who have won five of their past six games.

J.R. Smith scored 24 points, Nene added 23 and Kenyon Martin had 22 for the Nuggets (27-15), but Martin missed two free-throw attempts with 2.6 seconds left that would have tied the game.

Knicks 102, Bulls 98: : Chris Duhon scored with 31.2 seconds left to lift host New York (16-24) and beat his old team.

Luol Deng and rookie Derrick Rose each scored 20 for Chicago (18-24).

Pistons 87, Grizzlies 79: : Allen Iverson scored 27 points to help Detroit (23-17) end its losing streak at five games, its longest in five seasons.

Host Memphis (11-29) lost its sixth straight and for the 14th time in 16 games.

Timberwolves 94, Clippers 86: : Al Jefferson scored 20 points and tied a season high with 17 rebounds for visiting Minnesota.

The Timberwolves (13-26) have won seven of their past eight games after losing 15 of 17. They have won a season-high four straight on the road for the first time since December 2005.

Rookie Eric Gordon led Los Angeles (9-31) with 25 points and Steve Novak had a career-high 18. The loss was the 13th in 14 games for the Clippers.

Hornets 103, Pacers 100: : Host New Orleans' Chris Paul capped a 27-point performance with an off-balance three-pointer as time expired.

Peja Stojakovic hit five three-pointers and finished with a season-high 26 points for the Hornets (25-13), who started the game without David West (back) and lost center Tyson Chandler (left ankle) late in the second quarter.

Danny Granger scored 30 points, including a tying three with 2.5 seconds left, for Indiana (15-26).

Trail Blazers 102, Bucks 85: : Greg Oden had a career-high 24 points and added 15 rebounds for host Portland (25-16), his team-high 12th double double of the season.

Richard Jefferson and Charlie Villanueva had 23 points each for Milwaukee (20-24), which has lost two straight.
