Ravens 17, Bengals 10

The Joe Flacco era got off to a good start as the rookie from Delaware ran for a 38-yard touchdown and provided a key block on another in his NFL debut.

Key stats: Flacco was 15-for-29 for 129 yards and a 63.7 quarterback rating. ... The Ravens rushed for 229 yards behind Le'Ron McClain (86 yards) and rookie Ray Rice (64).

Jets 20, Dolphins 14

Brett Favre made his debut as a Jet a winning one, throwing for 194 yards and two touchdowns, while new Dolphins coach Tony Sparano lost his first game.

Key stats: Jets running back Thomas Jones rushed for 101 yards on 22 carries, and his touchdown late in the third quarter gave the Jets a 20-7 lead.

Ravens 28, Browns 10

The Ravens turned two of Browns quarterback Derek Anderson's interceptions into touchdowns during a 50-second span of the third quarter.

Key stats: The Ravens terrorized Anderson into going 14-for-37 for 125 yards. He was sacked four times and threw three interceptions.

Cardinals 31, Dolphins 10

The Cardinals' Kurt Warner had a perfect 158.3 quarterback rating, completing 19 of 24 passes for 361 yards and three touchdowns.

Key stats: Dolphins QB Chad Pennington was 10-for-20 for 112 yards. ... Miami's Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams combined for 22 carries and 53 yards.

Steelers 23, Ravens 20, OT

The Steelers made some huge plays on defense and won in OT on a 46-yard field goal. The win moved the 3-1 Steelers past the 2-1 Ravens into first in the AFC North.

Key stats: Flacco finished 16-for-31 for 192 yards and one TD. ... The Ravens, who allowed 20 total points in their first two games, surrendered 14 points in two plays.

Dolphins 38, Patriots 13

Ronnie Brown almost single-handedly destroyed the Patriots. He threw a halfback pass for a touchdown and scored four rushing touchdowns - three in the first half.

Key stats: Outside linebacker Joey Porter had four of the Dolphins' five sacks. ... Pennington was 17-for-20 for 226 yards.

Titans 13, Ravens 10

The Ravens' Terrell Suggs was called for a questionable roughing- the-passer penalty on third down. Nine plays later, Titans QB Kerry Collins threw the winning TD pass.

Key stats: Matt Stover missed a field-goal try for the third time in four games. This was the biggest one because it came in a three-point game.

Dolphins 17, Chargers 10

The Dolphins had a seven-point lead when they stopped LaDainian Tomlinson up the middle for no gain on fourth-and-goal at the 1 in the first minute of the fourth quarter.

Key stats: Brown finished with 120 yards on 23 carries and scored the game's decisive touchdown. ... The Dolphins kept the ball for nearly 37 minutes.

Colts 31, Ravens 3

Flacco threw an interception on the third play of the game, botched a handoff, was sacked four times and needed more than a quarter to produce a first down.

Key stats: Colts QB Peyton Manning was 19-for-28 for 271 yards with three touchdowns. ... Flacco was 28-for-38 for 241 yards but threw three interceptions.

Texans 29, Dolphins 28

QB Matt Schaub ran for a 3-yard TD with three seconds left to lead the Texans to their first win. The drive was kept alive with an acrobatic catch by Andre Johnson.

Key stats: Johnson had a franchise-record 178 receiving yards and one touchdown. ... Pennington was 19-for-25 for 284 yards and two touchdowns.

Ravens 27, Dolphins 13

The Ravens ended a three-game losing streak as Suggs scored on a 44-yard interception return, and the Ravens limited Brown to 27 rushing yards. Baltimore blitzed to contain Miami's "Wildcat" offense, which netted just 4 yards in five plays. It was Ravens offensive coordinator Cam Cameron's first game back in Miami after being fired as Dolphins head coach.

Key stats: Flacco was 17-for-23 for 232 yards and a touchdown. ... Willis McGahee returned to his hometown and rushed for 105 yards on 19 carries. ... Despite the interception by Suggs, Pennington was 24-for-35 for 295 yards and a touchdown.

Ravens 29, Raiders 10

Using their version of the single wing, called the "Suggs Package" by coach John Harbaugh, the Ravens put Troy Smith at quarterback and used Flacco as the wide receiver.

Dolphins 25, Bills 16

Ted Ginn Jr. made seven catches for 175 yards as the Dolphins overcame a nine-point third-quarter deficit. The Dolphins forced four turnovers in the fourth quarter to seal the game.

Key stats: Pennington went 22-for-30 for 314 yards with no interceptions. ... The Dolphins' Dan Carpenter kicked field goals of 43, 45 and 35 yards.

Ravens 37, Browns 27

After Stover's third field goal gave the Ravens a 30-27 lead with 5:36 left, Anderson threw the ball right to Suggs, who went untouched into the end zone.

Key stats: Rice rushed for 154 yards, including a 60-yard run, on 21 carries. ... Flacco was efficient, completing 17 of 29 passes for 248 yards and two TDs.
