Shooting suspect sought

Baltimore police detectives are seeking a fifth person who has been charged in a warrant with the murder of a 14-year-old boy in Brooklyn last month. Michael Hitchen, 34, is being sought in connection with the slaying of Steven Graham, who was gunned down Nov. 18 while riding his bicycle. Last week, police arrested three men and a woman and charged them in the boy's killing. All four people are being held without bail at the Baltimore City Detention Center. City police said Hitchen is known to frequent neighborhoods in West and South Baltimore. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 866-7-LOCKUP.
