Browns (4-9) @Eagles (7-5-1)

TIME, TV: : 8:30, ESPN

LINE: : Eagles by 14

FANTASY FACTOR: : Cleveland is down to its third quarterback, Ken Dorsey. Last week against the Titans, he completed 22 of 43 passes for 150 yards with an interception. ... Philadelphia, embarrassed by the Ravens in Week 12, has won two straight over division champs, the Cardinals and Giants.

THE BUZZ: : To keep alive even a slim hope for the playoffs, the Eagles have to keep winning. After shutting down Eli Manning and the Giants, they shouldn't have problems with a Dorsey-led Browns offense.
