Northern Baltimore

Burglary A TV and several DVDs were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 4400 block of Falls Bridge Drive by someone who entered through a window.

Southern Baltimore

Assault A man, 20, was dropping off a female friend in the 2900 block of Denham Circle in Cherry Hill about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday and was about to drive off when he heard a noise and saw the flash of a firearm directly behind his car. After flagging down a police officer a few blocks away, the driver noticed that two of his tires had been shot out and that a third bullet struck a door. The victim was not injured, and no arrest had been made.

Eastern Baltimore

Theft A navigational system and an iPod were stolen Tuesday from a 1998 Audi station wagon parked in the 400 block of Gay St.

Stolen vehicle/arrest Soloman Chatman, 55, of the 1000 block of N. Central Ave. was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with stealing a gold-colored Mazda van with tags 26131M4 that was parked in the 1700 block of E. Oliver St. with the keys in the ignition. The car was recovered.

Southeastern Baltimore

Assault/arrest Two men were arguing in their home in the 100 block of N. Decker Ave. Monday morning when one struck the other with a piece of wood. Arrested and charged with aggravated assault was Ivan Preciado, 33. The 34-year-old victim suffered minor injuries.

Assault Police were seeking a man, 24, who struck his girlfriend, 19, in the face and choked her during an argument about 1 a.m. Monday in their home in the 2500 block of McElderry St. The woman was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital for minor injuries and was released. The man's name was withheld pending his arrest.

Theft An iPod valued at $300 was stolen Monday from a Jeep parked in the 300 block of S. Central Ave.

Theft Someone broke into a Ford pickup truck parked in the 700 block of Exeter St. Tuesday and stole a watch, a camera and a fancy belt buckle.

Robbery A man, 40, from Pennsylvania was walking in the 200 block of President St. about 7 a.m. Tuesday when he was assaulted by two younger men who robbed him of $20. The Pennsylvania man sustained minor injuries to his face and was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital. There were no arrests.

Theft Power tools of unknown value were stolen Tuesday from a 1997 Ford van parked in the 500 block of Rappolla St.

Theft A radar detector was stolen Tuesday from a 1988 Nissan Pathfinder parked in the 200 block of S. Linwood Ave.

Theft Police were seeking three teenage boys who broke into a 2006 Isuzu parked Tuesday in the first block of N. Lakewood Ave. and stole a wallet and a cell phone.

Theft Someone entered a 2008 Toyota sport utility vehicle parked Tuesday in the 400 block of N. Rose St. and stole a purse containing credit cards and other personal property.

Baltimore Co. -- Essex

Burglary Tools valued at $350 were stolen between Monday and Tuesday from a house in the 500 block of Gloucester Court by someone who entered through a rear-door window.

Burglary Someone broke into coin-operated washing and drying machines in the basement laundry room of an apartment building in the first block of Glenwood Road between Monday and Tuesday and stole $15 in coins.

Baltimore Co. - Parkville

Vandalism Police were seeking more than one person who damaged at least 10 vehicles parked early Tuesday in the first block of Gunfalls Garth. Police said some car hoods were damaged by someone bouncing on them; some of the vehicle's bodies were scratched; others had their windows broken; others had foul language written on them; and windshields were shattered. Total damage was set at $10,000. Anyone with information is asked to call the precinct at 410-887-5310.

Baltimore Co.- Towson

Robbery A gunman robbed 7-Eleven in the 6300 block of Sherwood Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Baltimore Co. - Cockeysville

Burglary A tent was stolen Tuesday from the rear of a house in the 12000 block of Dulaney Valley Road in Phoenix.

Baltimore Co. -- Woodlawn

Burglary A .40-caliber Glock semiautomatic handgun, a 56-inch screen TV and video games, all valued at $3,330, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the first block of Pacton Place by someone who entered through the front door.

Assault/arrest Dominick Daniels, 17, was arrested Tuesday night and charged as an adult with the aggravated assault of his sister, 19, in their home in the 7400 block of Catterick Court. During an argument over a piece of chicken, a boy picked up a 12-inch knife and threatened to cut the girl's face, police said.
