After being burned for a 100-yard kickoff return in the first half, the Ravens' special teams came up with a big play. Backup linebacker Jameel McClain, a Philadelphia native, blocked Sav Rocca's punt out of the end zone with 6:01 left in the quarter.

The Ravens blew the game open, scoring 24 unanswered points, including a 108-yard interception return for a touchdown by Ed Reed, an NFL record. Mark Clayton caught a 53-yard touchdown pass from Joe Flacco on a slant, and Le'Ron McClain added a 1-yard touchdown run.
