Attorney Thomas A. Burns will be at Ellicott City Senior Center, 9401 Frederick Road, Ellicott City from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday for the 60-Plus Wills and Legal Screening Program.
Services will include simple wills, powers of attorney, living wills, small estates and deed changes. The program is open to county residents older than 60. The cost of document preparation depends on individual or couple income.
The program is available the fourth Wednesday of every month, except December. It is sponsored by the Howard County Department of Citizen Services' Office on Aging.

Santa breakfast
The Elkridge Volunteer Fire Department will hold an All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast with Santa from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Dec. 14. Menu items include pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, baked apples, toast, chipped beef, sausage gravy, fruit salad, cold cereal, coffee hot tea, milk and juices.

Moms to meet : The MOMS Club of Ellicott City South, part of a nonprofit international organization that provides support for mothers who have chosen to stay home to raise children, meets to socialize and allow mothers to bring their children together and hear speakers. A nursery is open during meetings, although children are welcome to remain with their parents. Outings and activities are also planned, including a monthly event called "MOMS Night Out."
