Are your clocks turned back? November's first Sunday is the new date for the return to standard time. Every date in November has seen snow in Baltimore. The most was 8.4 inches on Nov. 30, 1967. You may remember the Veterans Day Storm (6 inches) in 1987. Average highs fall from 61 to 51 degrees; lows slip from 38 to 31. Records range from 86 degrees (Nov. 1, 1950) to 12 degrees (Nov. 30, 1929).
