Police reports in Baltimore city and county:

Northern Baltimore

Victim named Police released yesterday the name of the man fatally shot Saturday in the 2400 block of Loyola Southway. Police said Jason Betts, 25, of the 3900 block of Wyatt Drive in Baltimore County was shot in the head outside a house and was pronounced dead at the scene. Metro Crime Stoppers at 410-276-8888 is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and an indictment in the slaying.

Bank robbery Police and the FBI's Baltimore office were seeking two men - one armed with a handgun - who robbed Patapsco Bank in the 800 block of W. 36th St. of an undisclosed sum of money about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday. After entering the bank, the men ordered the tellers to give them money from their stations and then ran away.

Southern Baltimore

Burglary A 32-inch TV, a computer, stereo speakers and a DVD player were stolen between Sunday and Tuesday from a house in the 2900 block of Denham Circle by someone who entered through a rear window.

Burglary Someone entered a house in the 900 block of Pontiac Ave. through a dining room window Wednesday, forced open a firearms safe and removed a Ruger .44-caliber handgun, a .357 Magnum handgun, a .22-caliber handgun, a .223-caliber rifle with a scope, a .30-caliber rifle equipped with a scope, a .44-caliber handgun, a Colt .45-caliber handgun, a Weatherby hunting rifle and ammunition. The firearms and ammunition were valued at thousands of dollars.

Southeastern Baltimore

Theft Seven computers, all valued at $6,400, were stolen Wednesday from a truck parked in the 600 block of S. Broadway.

Robbery A woman, 47, was riding a red 2008 50cc scooter in the 2400 block of E. Fayette St. about 4 p.m. Wednesday when a man shoved her to the ground and rode off with the scooter, valued at $1,100.

Baltimore Co. -- Essex

Robbery A boy, 17, was walking along Compass Road near Middle River Road about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday when a man armed with a handgun got out of a blue Dodge van and robbed him of his wallet, watch and two cell phones, all valued at $220. The gunman escaped in the van.
