No. 9 Wilde Lake @ No. 1 River Hill

WHEN: Saturday, 1 p.m.

OUTLOOK: This game looks like the last significant challenge on River Hill's schedule. Last weekend, then-No. 12 Marriotts Ridge held the Hawks to 41 points, their fewest of the season, but could not get on the scoreboard. This week the 7-0 Hawks face the 7-0 Wildecats, who found the road to their liking last weekend at Oakland Mills, rolling to a 49-7 victory. But before asking whether Wilde Lake can win Saturday, two other questions must be answered. Can Wilde Lake's defense hold River Hill under 40 points? And can the Wildecats' offense score more than eight? Because that's the most River Hill has allowed in a game all season (to Oakland Mills).
