Olympic star Michael Phelps, who was honored with a parade in Towson and a celebration at Fort McHenry on Saturday, was the honorary Ravens captain yesterday and a guest in the owner's box. There was a pre-game buzz because a 20-foot stretch of the Ring of Honor is covered by a black tarp. That led to speculation that Phelps might become the first addition to the Ring without any tie to football - other than being a huge Ravens fan. Nothing happened during halftime, so maybe there's some other explanation.
