On September 13, 2008 THE HONORABLE JUDGE EDWARD A. DeWATERS, JR. after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his beloved and devoted wife Winifred A. (nee Dippel); beloved and devoted son Edward A. DeWaters, III and daughter Cynthia June Balog and her husband Jason E. Balog; loving grandfather of Nathan Edward Balog and Noah Benjamin Balog; dear brother-in-law of Martin J. Dippel and his wife Celia, and Arthur V. Dippel and his wife Donna. Leaving behind a host of relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call the SCHIMUNEK FUNERAL HOME, INC., 9705 Belair Road on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Bradshaw, MD on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment Bel Air Memorial Gardens, 809 Rock Spring Road, Bel Air, MD 21014. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in his memory to St. Stephen's Roman Catholic Church at 8030 Bradshaw Road, Kingsville, MD 21087.
