On September 8, 2008, SHEILA RUTH FRATER (nee Jablow); age 68, of Annapolis MD, formerly of Wilmington, DE. She is survived by her husband, Arthur; sons, Keith, Raymond and Scott; mother, rose Stolpher; brother, Richard Jablow and seven grandchildren. Graveside services were held September 11, 2008, in Wilmington, DE. A memorial service will be held 3:30 P.M., Sunday, September 14, 2008, four Giddings Avenue. Severna Park, MD, 21146.
