Police reports in Baltimore city and county:

Western Baltimore

Victim identified Police yesterday identified Clarence Hamlett Jr., 22, of the 1200 block of Parrish St. as the man fatally shot Aug. 28 at Laurens and Stricker streets. No arrest had been made.

Northwestern Baltimore

Victim named The man fatally shot Aug. 29 during what police say was an armed robbery at Joe's Garage in the 4200 block of Wabash Ave. has been identified as Delawntae Finley, 22, of the 1300 block of N. Washington St. Police said Finley was shot by the garage's owner and was pronounced dead at the scene. A second suspect escaped and was being sought.

Eastern Baltimore

Slaying victim named Police yesterday identified Levon McCray, 23, of the 2300 block of E. Preston St. as the man shot to death Aug. 30 in an alley in the 900 block of Valley St.

Southern Baltimore

Victim named The man shot Saturday morning in an alley off the 200 block of Harmison St. and who died at the scene has been identified as Andre Harris, 23, of the 1500 block of Richland Ave.

Shooting A man, 29, was shot in the upper left leg about 12:30 a.m. yesterday in the 200 block of S. Calhoun St. and was reported in good condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Northeastern Baltimore

Shooting Police were seeking whoever shot a man, 21, in the stomach and left arm in the 3500 block of Brendan Ave. about 12:30 a.m. yesterday. The victim was taken by ambulance to Johns Hopkins Hospital and was expected to survive.

Central Baltimore

Robbery A man, 40, was walking in the 900 block of N. Charles St. on Sunday night when several teenage males robbed him of his cell phone and fled on foot. The victim hailed a cab and caught up to the youths at North Calvert and Centre streets, where he confronted the group and demanded his cell phone. Instead, the youths assaulted the man and robbed him of his wallet. There were no arrests.

Burglary Someone entered the Tremont Park Hotel in the first block of E. Mulberry St. through a rear basement window over the weekend and stole 10 air conditioners valued at $4,000.

Theft Clothing, a vase and a trash can were stolen Sunday from a 1998 Mitsubishi parked in the 200 block of W. Madison St.
