On August 16, 2008, CHARLES WILLIAM, MYERS (Charlie isn't he cute!) 84, a 60 year resident of Pasadena, formerly of Catonsville. He was a decorated Marine Corp Veteran of WWII, obtaining the rank of Sergeant and serving from February 1943 until March 1946. Following his military service, he became a 36 year employee of Baltimore Gas and Electric. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary Ellen (Cusack) Myers; his daughter, Hedy; two brothers, Edward (Bunky) and Jackie Myers and his dear friend Lorraine Ciotola. Survivors include four sons, Charles (Shorty) Myers and wife Denise, Martin Myers and wife Darlene, William (Billy) Myers and wife Jennifer, Patrick Myers and his wife Lee, all of Pasadena; two daughters, Cecelia Fleischmann and husband Ronald and Irene Myers-Thompson and husband Rodney, all of Pasadena; two (special daughters) Lynn Snyder and Gail Varnedoe and eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service is planned for September 6, 2008 at the Community United Methodist Church, 8680 Ft. Smallwood Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 at 3 P.M.
