Maroon 5 and Counting Crows

Counting Crows became famous with the 1994 release of the multiplatinum August and Everything After. Hits like "Mr. Jones," "Hangingaround" and "Accidentally in Love" have kept the band and its reclusive frontman, Adam Duritz (above), atop the modern-rock charts. The band co-headlines its summer tour with Maroon 5, which is basking in the success of its latest album, It Won't Be Soon Before Long. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts and produced hits like the Grammy-winning "Makes Me Wonder" and "Wake Up Call." Sara Bareilles also performs Saturday at Nissan Pavilion, 7800 Cellar Door Drive, Bristow, Va. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $30.50-$126. Call 703-754-6400 or go to
