On July 28, 2008 EDWARD RUSSELL ALLEN, JR.; dear brother of Melinda Allen Hawkins; uncle of James L. and Tyler P. Hawkins and Paige Hawkins Mattke; cousin of Barrie H. Iscev-Petersen, Ellen W. Hennessey, Ann A. Chapin, John G. Allen and Tyler P. Hauck of Palm Beach, FL. Also survived by many friends. Family will receive friends at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home Inc., 1050 York Rd., (beltway exit 26) on Thursday from 5 to 7 P.M. A Graveside Service will be held at Druid Ridge Cemetery on Friday at 11 A.M.
