Q&a

August 02, 2008

Ravens receiver Matt Willis still has a rooting interest in UCLA, where he played two seasons after finishing his track career with the Bruins. Adding to that interest is the fact that former Ravens offensive coordinator Rick Neuheisel went back to his alma mater this year as the head coach.

Q: What kind of job do you think Neuheisel will do?

A: He'll do great. He's a UCLA alum. He knows all about the tradition we have out there. I'm looking for big things.

Q: Do you think he'll be satisfied being second fiddle to USC coach Pete Carroll?

A: If you call him 1-A, he'll be No. 1 in a short time. I've got faith in that.
