A sex offender Anne Arundel police have been searching for since last August for failing to register his address was picked up in Baltimore by U.S. marshals, county police said yesterday.
James Roman Butler, 41, was convicted of a 1997 sex assault in Charles County and is listed in the state sex offender registry as a "sexually violent offender." Butler had been sought three times before by county police for failing to register his address - twice in 2005 and once in 2006.
