A Lower Back River Neck community meeting will be held tonight to discuss a new coastal zoning district in the area.
The 7 p.m. forum at Chesapeake High School, 1801 Turkey Point Road, Essex, will offer information about a planning process, called a charrette, being organized to develop a new zoning code for the waterfront neighborhoods.
The charrette will be held Sept. 11 through Sept. 15. The first meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Aug. 13.

Reisterstown
Dancing in the Streets slated
The Pikesville Chamber of Commerce will hold a Dancing in the Streets event from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday along Reisterstown Road, featuring a classic car show, entertainment and a variety of food vendors.
Reisterstown Road from Sudbrook Road to Slade Avenue will be closed for the event.
Patrons should take seating to the event. A limited number of reserved seats are available for $10.

Navy quintet to perform Sunday
