HCC cuts ribbon for radiologic lab

Howard Community College opened its radiologic technology laboratory with a ribbon-cutting ceremony July 18. It was attended by Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, Howard County government officials, and representatives from CareFirst BlueCross Blue Shield and Howard County General Hospital.

Funding and equipment for the laboratory was provided by federal and local governments, as well as by CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Howard County General Hospital and Kernan Hospital.
