A husband and wife with a history of domestic disputes were found dead in their Northeast Baltimore house late Sunday night in what police said yesterday they believe was a murder-suicide.

Officers received a call from a man reporting a missing person about 9:30 p.m. Sunday, said police spokesman Agent Donny Moses. The man said that his son's wife had been missing for a few days, Moses said.

The man met police at his son's home in the 1200 block of Limit Ave. and said they found the two bodies in different rooms, Moses said.

The woman, Ruby Johnson Mosby, 23, had been fatally stabbed, Moses said. A 19-year old man also was found suffering from stab wounds, Moses said, and was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics about 11 p.m. Moses declined to name the man. Property records show that the house was owned by Ruby and Michael H.Mosby.

Neighbors told police that they heard the couple arguing in the home Saturday morning. Court records show that Michael H. Mosby was charged with second-degree assault in June, but further details were not available.
