Theft/arrest : A boy, 15, was arrested Friday when he tried to leave Filene's Basement in the 600 block of E. Pratt St. without paying for two shirts valued at $30. The boy was being held at the city's Juvenile Detention Center.
Burglary : Someone broke into Angel's Rock Bar in the first block of Market Place through a wall early Friday and stole $1,600 worth of alcoholic beverages.
Stolen vehicle : A motorized scooter with no tags was stolen Friday in the 1800 of Pennsylvania Ave.

Theft: Someone broke into a 1988 Honda parked in the 1600 block of Miller St. between June 29 and Friday and stole a military-style glove, $5 in coins and $25 worth of postage stamps.
