June 18, 2008|By Justin Fenton and Richard Irwin

A 4-year-old was rushed to a hospital after falling from a second-story window of an Annapolis rowhouse, police said.

Police responded about 2 p.m. yesterday to the 1900 block of Copeland St. in Bywater Mutual Homes for a report that a toddler had fallen, said Officer Hal Dalton, a police spokesman. The boy was alert and conscious, and his injuries were not considered life-threatening, Dalton said. The child was flown by state police Medevac helicopter to Johns Hopkins Children's Center, where he was reported in good condition last night.
