Luxury homes tour

Explore upscale apartments, townhomes and condominiums from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 31 and June 1 at the Downtown Baltimore Luxury Living Tour. The free tour will showcase a wide variety of residences in an open-house format.

Showings of townhomes and condominiums will be offered at Federal Place, 1301 Covington St.; the Crescent of Fells Point, 959-977 Fell St.; Pier Homes at Harborview, 211 Harborview Drive; and the Vue at Harbor East, 675 President St.

Apartment showings will be offered at Spinnaker Bay, 707 President St.; the Crescent of Fells Point, the Eden, 777 S. Eden St.; the Promenade, 1001 Aliceanna St.; the Zenith, 511 W. Pratt St.; and 39 West Lexington, 39 W. Lexington St.

Shuttle services will begin at 10:45 a.m. and will run approximately every 20 minutes. Free parking is available for the first 150 attendees on Saturday and the first 150 attendees on Sunday who present their e-mail confirmation at the first stop of the tour.

Townhouse and condominium tour attendees should park in the garage at 501 Eden St. Apartment tour attendees should park at the garages at 15 W. Franklin St. or at 210 St. Paul Place. Parking is $4 or less.
