HELLBOY II: THE GOLDEN ARMY -- (Universal Pictures) The big, bad and red superhero battles a merciless dictator and his band of marauding monsters. With Ron Perlman, Selma Blair and Doug Jones. Opens July 11.

JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH 3-D -- (New Line Cinema), Brendan Fraser stars in this update of the Jules Verne classic. Opens July 11.

ROMANE DE GARE -- (IDP) A popular novelist researches unlikely sources to find characters for her next best-seller. With Dominique Pinon and Fanny Ardant. Opens June 6.

STUCK -- (ThinkFilm) A retirement-home caregiver in line for a promotion accidentally hits a man while driving drunk and decides to let him die stuck on her windshield in this story inspired by true events. With Mena Suvari and Stephen Rea. Opens June 6.
