"It's hard to beat a team twice, but I think we're capable," Essex coach Brian Duncan said.
Essex, which never trailed yesterday, scored twice in the final 1:10 of the first half and twice in the first 2:50 of the second half to take a 10-6 lead.
The Knights outscored the Generals 5-1 in the fourth quarter to seal the victory.
