Medical center lists activities

Baltimore Washington Medical Center is offering the following activities:

Tomorrow, motivational speaker Kim Goad speaks on "Go from Overwhelmed to Overjoyed," a program to relieve stress. 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Tate Center, 305 Hospital Drive, Glen Burnie. Program is free but reservations required. 410-787-4367.

Monday, Man-to-Man Prostate Cancer Support Group meets to discuss cancer prevention and recovery. 6:30 p.m., first-floor conference room, Tate Center, 305 Hospital Drive, Glen Burnie. 410-787-4387.

May 12, 13 and 15, Beginning and Intermediate Yoga, Pilates, and Beginning and Intermediate Yoga/Pilates Combo Classes offered. Cost is $40 for eight-week session. Pre-registration required. Register online at www.bwmc.umms.org. Click on Events and then the class start date.

May 16, Tate Center's Image Recovery Center will host an open house for a showing of new spring and summer collections and sample products. Baltimore Washington Medical Center will offer the following activities at its Outreach Center, Arundel Mills mall, between Dave and Buster's and Entrance 4:

Tomorrow, foot screening, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

May 16, computerized neck and back screenings, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

May 19, the county Department of Aging will offer information on its services and answer questions. 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

May 20, blood pressure screenings, 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

May 22, foot screenings. 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
