Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Robbery -- Police were seeking a gunman who robbed a man, 28, of his cell phone and $30 in the 1900 block of Ashland Ave. about 4 p.m. Wednesday.


Shooting -- An 18-year-old man was shot in the back about 4 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Herndon Court in Brooklyn and was being treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Police responding to the shooting found a quantity of drugs nearby.

Burglary -- Someone stole a cable modem, an amplifier, lawn-care equipment and a keyboard from a house in the 2300 block of W. Patapsco Ave.

Theft -- A headset and a radio were stolen Tuesday from a 1992 Mercury Topaz parked in the 600 block of Melvin Drive.


Burglary -- A computer valued at $2,500 was stolen Wednesday from a house in the 100 block of N. Belnord Ave.

Theft -- A digital camera, a cell phone and jewelry were stolen Wednesday from a vehicle in the 1000 block of S. Curley St.
