Team makes picking Pro Bowl players in top 10 look simple

Eric DeCosta makes picking in the top 10 of the NFL draft sound so easy.

"We just rate the players," the Ravens' director of college scouting said. "When you're looking at the top 10 players, they're so good. Just like when you're driving down a neighborhood, you see a million-dollar home versus a $300,000 home, and you know which is the million-dollar home."

Since 1996, the start of their franchise, the Ravens have drafted more Pro Bowl players in the top 10 than any other NFL team. Five of the Ravens' seven top-10 selections have gone on to the NFL's all-star game. Here's the rate of success of the teams that have had at least five picks in the top 10 since 1996:
